 Gabriela Cocco Sanchez... continued
ES Música premiered in August 2007 on major US carriers and joined the bevy of entertainment channels GoTV currently offers on multiple platforms. In its short time in existence, ES Música was nominated for the MIPCOM Mobile and Internet TV Awards in Cannes, France. It was also recognized in 2008 with a nomination at the Mobile Excellence Awards. In addition, in December of 08 Gabriela re-launched Sprint Exclusive Entertainment (SEE), a bold new initiative for GoTV Networks. As Vice President of GoTV Networks, she currently oversees the programming and production of over 200 mobile shows a month for the studio.
With over 13 years of industry experience, Cocco worked at EMI Music Latin America developing strategic marketing plans, and later lent her expertise in Latin music to MTV Networks Latin America. Prior to arriving at GoTV, Cocco played an integral part in the launch of Universal Music Group’s IMF (International Music Feed) as Director of Music Programming for Latin and International markets. Gabriela was also honored by Billboard in 2007 as one of the 30 under 30 Top Executives in the Music Industry.
