Glenn T. Litwak, Esq.

GlenLitwak Glenn T. Litwak is a founding member of Litwak & Havkin and specializes in entertainment law. With extensive expertise in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts and handling entertainment industry litigation, he works with recording artists, music producers, and songwriters as well as music production, management companies, and clients in the film and TV business.

Mr. Litwak has represented platinum selling recording artists in all aspects of their careers, including those who have successfully branched out into acting; represented prominent music producers for recording artists such as Christina Aguilera, Akon, Flo Rida, Destiny’s Child, The Backstreet Boys, Patti Labelle, and Ginuwine; negotiated recording and management agreements for artists signed to Universal, Sony, Interscope/Geffen/A&M, and Warner Music; negotiated music publishing deals with EMI, Zomba, and Notting Hill Music; negotiated production agreements on behalf of artists he represents with top music producers including Puff Daddy, Rodney Jerkins, R. Kelly, Timbaland, and Jermaine Dupri; represents R&B/Pop groups in all aspects of their careers, including the platinum selling group B2K and Immature (which later became IMX), as well as Marques Houston and Omarion. He also represents rising new artists FDM (signed to Geffen) and Tha Boogie (signed to Raphael Saadiq’s label,Velma Records).

Mr. Litwak is a frequent speaker at music, digital, and entertainment conferences including the Urban Network Conference, "Get Seen Get Signed" Conference, New Music Seminar, Brand Access Forum, Digital Music Conference, North by Northeast Music Conference, ASCAP "I Create Music" EXPO, and Billboard/Hollywood Reporter Music in Film and TV Conference. He has also spoken at entertainment law seminars for UCLA Law School, Loyola Law School, The Association of Independent Music Publishers (“AIMP”), California Lawyers for the Arts, and the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations. He is an instructor at the UCLA Extension, Entertainment Studies Program, where he conducts a seminar entitled “Self Defense in the Music Industry.”
